Chiller Glycol

We offer a range of both industrial and food-safe chiller glycol products to meet your process and specific chiller system requirements.

Protect your Chiller with Glycol

Chiller glycol, sometimes referred to as antifreeze, is essential in any cooling system that could be exposed to an ambient temperature of less than 7°C. Having glycol within your process chiller, air blast cooler or adiabatic cooling system will protect your equipment from damage and complete system failure due to freezing.

We offer a range of both industrial and food-safe chiller glycol products to meet your process and specific chiller system requirements. All have been carefully designed to ensure they offer a high level of resistance to temperature, bacterial growth, scale and degradation.

The AquaCool Chiller Glycol Range

Our glycol fluids are ASTM D1384-05 corrosion tested, provide efficient transfer of heat and high levels of freeze protection. They are designed to offer cost benefits when it comes to system maintenance. Our range includes:

A high-performance Mono Ethylene Glycol antifreeze and inhibited heat transfer fluid designed for use in compressors, heating/ventilation systems, process cooling and air conditioning applications.

In most cooling/closed circuit systems, it is often necessary to mix the Mono Ethylene Glycol with an inhibitor to reduce the risk of corrosion and formation of scale, however, AquaCool MEG is supplied already pre-mixed with an inhibitor.

Available in 1, 5, 20, 25, 215 and 1,000 litre containers.

A high-performance Mono Propylene Glycol antifreeze and inhibited heat transfer fluid offering the same level of protection as AquaCool MEG, but with lower levels of toxicity.

This lower toxicity makes AquaCool MPG the ideal choice for use in industrial, commercial or agricultural food processing applications where “incidental” food contact is a concern.

AquaCool MPG is available in 1, 5, 20, 25, 215 and 1,000 litre containers.

A high performance, low viscosity antifreeze and inhibited heat transfer fluid that is a completely non-toxic alternative to AquaCool MEG.

This product is specifically engineered with bio-derived fluids to increase both the efficiency and safety of low temperature chilling/cooling equipment and circuits. The increase in both pumping and heat transfer efficiency can lead to sustained energy savings.

AquaCool ALV is available in 25, 215 and 1,000 litre containers.
