The team at Aqua are equipped to design, supply and install a full range of cooling towers, whether they are a one-off unit or a multi-cell solution.

Dry Air Coolers

Our wide range of dry air coolers, or air blast coolers as they are sometimes referred to, are simple to install and provide efficient cooling with low noise levels.

Free Coolers

Whether you are looking for standalone free coolers or highly efficient chillers with integrated free cooling, we can help ensure that you get the most efficient and practical solution for your site and application.

Ambient Cooling Solution for your Operations

From free cooling units and dry air coolers to ambient cooling systems, which include adiabatic units and cooling towers. We can design, supply and install our solutions specific to the design criteria and operating conditions of your specific application.

Adiabatic Coolers for any Setting

Adiabatic coolers offer a low-maintenance, cost-effective and environmentally friendly temperature control solution for your site. This modern and low-risk cooling system utilises naturally available substances (such as air and water) rather than refrigeration gases to cool an environment. Making it not only cost-efficient but also an effective way to reduce your businesses carbon footprint.

Adiabatic coolers are a popular and modern alternative to cooling towers, used in situations that require a water temperature of 25˚C+. With a cooling capacity from 50kW to 1500kW, our units have been built with the latest technology in the field of adiabatic spray systems and come with efficient EC fans as standard. Your business will greatly benefit from being able to significantly lower maintenance and operation costs. With many happy customers enjoying our adiabatic systems, here is just one example showcasing our experience and desire to design and deliver based on the customer requirements.

Industrial Cooling Towers Systems

Cooling towers are effectively organic heat exchangers. Warm or hot water from a process is cooled by passing it through the tower and back out again into the process. A cooling tower facilitates the water to meet the air so that some of the water evaporates, reducing the overall water temperature.

Water is pumped – usually from either the basin of the tower or a sump tank below the cooling tower – through pipework to the process. This then returns to the cooling tower. The water is either sprayed by nozzles onto the fill media (counterflow) or returned to a top tank to gravity drain onto the fill media. This part of the process maximises air to water contact. The water flows over the fill media – or packing – meeting the air which is pulled (induced draft) or pushed through (forced draft) by a fan. This is referred to as evaporative cooling.

Our highly skilled teams are able to design, supply and install a full range of cooling towers, whether they are a one-off unit or a multi-cell solution. Our engineers can assist you every step of the way from initial site visits, to choosing the cooling towers system settings for your application right through to the final installation.

Why not find out more about one of our customer’s success stories that benefited from our cooling tower system with zero capital investment. Aqua delivers durable, flexible solutions for cooling towers in all settings.

Dry Air Cooler System Designed for your Specification

Our wide range of dry air coolers or air blast coolers are simple to install and provide efficient cooling with low noise levels. These are perfectly suited to cooling applications where a fluid temperature of 30˚C, or above, is required. We can also provide energy calculations, so you can compare old for new.

Our dry air coolers are typically quick to install, plug & play units; however, we can take care of your project from start to finish, from system design to delivery to your site, installation, and commissioning. Once the system is set up, we can configure it to your application and integrate auxiliaries into the control panel for ease of use.

This temperature control system has a very low overall operating cost, due to the lack of liquid evaporation, which takes place, eliminating the need to make up lost water as well as being resistant to types of corrosion and damage.

Free Coolers for Efficient Cooling

Free cooling is an economical cooling method that can then be used for industrial processes, or air conditioning systems. Whether you are looking for standalone free coolers or highly efficient chillers with integrated free cooling, we can help ensure that you get the most efficient and suitable solution for your site and application. But don’t take our word for it, read an account of one of our happy customers here.

If you’re using refrigeration chillers to cool fluid to 8˚C or above, free cooling technology provides incredible energy savings, which our trained engineers will be able to demonstrate with our complimentary energy analysis. They’ll compare the energy consumption of your existing system to a new system with either integrated or bolt-on free cooling, so you can make an informed choice. There are many benefits of utilising a free cooling system from reducing your energy costs by up to 80%, making it an environmentally friendly option, which can help boost your operator’s green credentials. As well as extending the lifespan of your cooling equipment and can be used as a backup if your chiller fails, in addition to reducing your maintenance costs.
