Aqua’s Chiller Service & Maintenance division, Aqua Service, provides a comprehensive after-care package to clients across the UK. Our engineers are trained to work on all the main chiller brands, including Airedale, Blue Box/Swegon, Carrier, Climaveneta, Corema, Hiross, MTA, Nova Frigo, Stulz, Trane, Smardt and York as well as our own Aqua and Hitema units.
We service all types of units both air, water cooled high and low temperature operation. We are fully conversant with all types of refrigerant compressors, reciprocating, scroll, screw and turbocor and all of our engineers have in-depth knowledge of their application and use.

Whilst new chiller units normally have a manufacturer’s warranty as standard, it only remains valid if the equipment is correctly & professionally serviced from the outset (normally service record data is requested against any warranty claim) including maintaining the correct levels of chiller glycol. To this end, our chiller service plans ensures any specific requirements are met. By incorporating a planned programme of both routine and specialist maintenance, your equipment will always run to maximum efficiency, extending its life-span and minimising any risk of down-time.
When an Aqua engineer visits you you’ll receive a detailed written/digital report as to your equipment’s current condition. This will include detailed parameter values, not just tick boxes, for clarity, transparency and accountability. If our engineer recommends any additional further action, then we’ll make you aware at the first available opportunity.
